Day 4: The Lie—You Will Never Change

The enemy whispered that I was stuck, that I would never change, and that healing was impossible. I was once diagnosed with bipolar disorder and I believed I would never be free. The world’s words were heavy, and I feared that my future was lost. But God had a different plan. By His grace, I was healed. Not by my own strength, but by the power of God in Jesus.

Change is possible, not through my own will but by the power of God working in me. When I placed my faith in Jesus, I was not the same person. I am a new creation, and the old has passed away. The enemy may bring up my past, but my identity is no longer tied to my struggles. I am not a slave to sin, shame, or sickness. I am a child of God, empowered by the Holy Spirit to live differently.

The same God who healed me can heal you. Transformation is possible, and freedom is found in Christ. The more I trust Him, the more I see the old begin to fall away. I am not stuck. I am not beyond hope. My future is not defined by my past. There is freedom, healing, and transformation for those who walk with Christ.

Prayer:

Father, thank You that You are working in me, and You are not finished. Help me trust Your power and walk in the freedom of Your Spirit. Renew my mind, my heart, and my life. I am not who I was; I am becoming who You made me to be. In Jesus’ name, amen.
