Day 1: The Lie—You Are Not Alone

There was a time when I felt completely alone, as if nobody truly saw or cared. I had gone through some of my toughest seasons, and it felt like I was walking through life in the shadows, wondering whether God was even there. The enemy loves to isolate us because he knows that isolation makes us vulnerable.

When I felt that way, I remembered the story of Adam and Eve hiding after their sin. Even in their brokenness, God came looking for them. He didn’t abandon them; He called out, “Where are you?” God wasn’t interested in condemning. He was seeking a relationship, inviting them back into His presence.

That moment taught me that when I feel alone, God is still calling out to me. His pursuit of me never stops. The more I have leaned into prayer, the more I have realized that His presence is constant, even when emotions say otherwise. He is not just a God who steps in during dramatic moments but a Father who walks with me every day, even in the silence.

When I pray, I am stepping into His presence, knowing that not even one footstep of my journey is ever outside His care. The truth is that God is near, and His love is a promise that never fades, no matter what I feel.

Prayer:

Father, I know You are near, even when I feel alone. Help me seek Your presence every day. Remind me that Your love is constant and nothing can separate me from it. Draw me close and let me walk in the confidence of Your presence. Thank You for being with me always. Amen.
