The Year of the Courageous

DAY 14 OF 21

Courage to Stand Alone

Reflection:

Courage doesn’t always shout; sometimes it kneels. Daniel stood out because he refused to compromise his convictions, even when it cost him comfort and safety.

Standing alone isn’t about rebellion—it’s about conviction. It’s choosing God’s standard when culture shifts and crowds change. It’s maintaining integrity when no one’s watching.

At some point, every believer will face a moment where following God means standing alone. The question isn’t whether it will happen, but whether you’ll have the courage to remain steadfast when it does.

God always honors faithfulness. The lion’s den didn’t destroy Daniel; it displayed God’s power through him. Courage might isolate you for a moment, but it will elevate you for a lifetime.

Prayer:

Father, help me to stand firm even when I’m standing alone. Strengthen my convictions and remind me that You are with me in every battle. Let my courage reflect my confidence in You. Amen.
