The Year of the CourageousSample

Courage to Lead With Integrity
Reflection:
Leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about trust. Nehemiah didn’t wait for someone else to fix the problem—he took responsibility for what was broken. That’s what courageous leadership looks like: seeing what others ignore and doing what others avoid.
Integrity is what separates leaders who last from those who collapse. It’s the decision to remain consistent in private when no one is applauding in public.
Nehemiah didn’t lead with ego; he led with burden. God-sized assignments always begin with a holy burden. Courage in leadership isn’t loud—it’s faithful. It’s showing up, building, serving, and staying true to the call even when progress is slow.
Your influence isn’t defined by how many follow you but by how many are changed because you did what God said.
Prayer:
Father, make me a leader who builds with integrity. Help me to lead by example and stay faithful to what You’ve entrusted to me. Strengthen my heart when the work is heavy, and remind me that You are the One who called me to rebuild. Amen.
