🔥 Day 4: Oxygen — The Presence of God
Key Verse: John 14:6 — “I am the way and the truth and the life.”
Even with the best fuel and heat, a fire dies without oxygen. Spiritually, your oxygen is the presence of God.
From the very beginning, God breathed His life into humanity (Genesis 2:7). Job 33:4 says, “The Spirit of God has made me; the breath of the Almighty gives me life.” Every breath you take is proof that God isn’t done with you yet.
When you invite His presence into your life daily — through worship, prayer, and stillness — His breath keeps your flame alive. But if you stop spending time with Him, the fire suffocates under the weight of distraction and sin.
Jesus said in John 15:5, “Apart from Me, you can do nothing.” Staying connected to His presence is not optional — it’s your oxygen. Worship is how you inhale His goodness. Obedience is how you exhale His will.
So when you feel spiritually winded or distant from God, stop and breathe. He’s right there. His presence revives what the world tries to smother.
