Is It True That God Speaks?Sample

There are no magic potions!

There are no shortcuts, secret formulas, or “spiritual tricks.” Hearing God’s voice is a matter of faith and perseverance. Today you take a step… and tomorrow you will hear His voice a little more clearly. Every small moment with Him counts.

In my walk with Jesus, I learned that as I hear Him more, my responsibility also increases: God not only speaks to encourage us but also to show us what He wants us to do. Don’t underestimate any way God speaks to you. As we read at the beginning of this plan in Job 33:14-17:

"'For God does speak—now one way, now another— though no one perceives it. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on people as they slumber in their beds, he may speak in their ears and terrify them with warnings, to turn them from wrongdoing and keep them from pride, to preserve them from the pit, their lives from perishing by the sword."
Job 33:14-18 (NIV)

Do not get tired of asking for clarity; let Him keep speaking to you.

Remember this:

• It is not a competition.
• Do not compare yourself with anyone.
• God has a unique and personal way of speaking to you.

If you ever feel like you don’t hear Him, don’t worry! Breathe, keep persevering, because He is still there, patiently waiting for you to pay attention.

Practical Application:
- God’s voice is not conquered at once; it is learned step by step.
- Your relationship with Him is unique, don’t compare it with others.
- Perseverance opens your spiritual ears.

Daily Challenge:
Take a notebook and write:

• How would I like God to speak to me?
• What steps will I take to hear Him better?

“Lord, thank You because I don’t need magic formulas to hear You. I only need faith, patience, and time with You. Help me persevere, not compare myself with anyone, and enjoy every step on this path to know You more. I give You my ears, my heart, and my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
