LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILDSample

LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILD

DAY 23 OF 30

Working with Others

Horses thrive in herds. They understand ranks, respect order, and move together in unity. They know when to lead and when to follow. This is not weakness; it is wisdom. The third leadership lesson from the horse is group consciousness, the ability to live, work, and get along well with others. Harmony is a form of strength.

No one fulfills destiny in isolation. Every divine purpose is linked to people. Even the most gifted leader needs a team, a tribe, and trusted companions. God designed life so that what you lack in yourself is found in another. Collaboration is His strategy for completion. Wise leaders, therefore, value relationships, respect others, and walk in forgiveness. They understand that unity multiplies strength, while division drains it.

Jesus summarized leadership ethics in one simple but powerful statement: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” (Luke 6:31). This golden rule builds lasting influence. The leader who dishonors people cannot endure, but the one who builds others builds an unshakable legacy.

Consider: Do you value and nurture the people God has placed around you? Relationships are divine investments. Remember, success is sweetest when it is shared, and true greatness grows best in the company of others.

About this Plan

LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILD

God created animals not only for our meat but also for us to learn wisdom. When you behold the animals from the angle of love and fear for God, you will catch the wisdom of God for a prevailing life.
