LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILDSample

Take Action
“He paws in the valley, and rejoices in his strength; he gallops into the clash of arms” (Job 39:21). Enthusiasm without action is an illusion. The horse doesn’t just feel strong; it acts strong. It doesn’t merely admire the battlefield; it charges into it with courage and conviction. That is leadership in motion: strength expressed through decisive action. True passion is never idle; it always finds a way to move forward.
Faith works the same way. James 2:26 reminds us that “faith without works is dead.” Enthusiasm is faith in action, passion turned into purpose, conviction turned into courage. Many people dream great dreams, but only a few take the bold step that turns vision into victory. The horse teaches us that energy finds meaning only when directed toward motion.
The love of work is the secret of progress. God blesses movement. Even small steps in obedience attract divine momentum. Remember, Peter did not walk on water until he stepped out of the boat. Action activates miracles.
So what do we need? The courage to act. Stop waiting for perfect conditions; they will never come.
Consider: What action are you postponing because of fear or doubt? Take that step today. God moves with movers, not with watchers.
