Knowing God
God desires that every man knows Him personally. That’s why we go to church to study God, to know Him through His Word. Jesus told the Samaritan woman, “You worship what you don’t know…” God doesn’t want us to worship in ignorance.
From the beginning, God has always been revealing Himself to man. Hebrews 1:1 tells us that God spoke in many ways through the prophets, but in these last days, He has spoken to us through His Son. Jesus is the full expression of God to man, the climax of all divine communication.
In Christ, we know who God truly is. We see His character, His love, and His mercy. God is no longer a mystery; He is revealed in Christ. Many people’s view of God is shaped by tradition and deception of the enemy, but Jesus came to give clarity.
The Bible says God will have all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. Salvation doesn’t end at being saved; it continues into knowing God. He wants you to walk in revelation, not assumption. Jesus is the express image, the exact character of God. To know Jesus is to know the Father.
Sound Code:
I know God through Christ. I walk in the light of His truth and no longer live in ignorance. Christ has revealed the Father to me.
