The Road Home: Reflections of a ProdigalSample

What is the invitation Isaiah is issuing?
Are there words, phrases, or sentences that speak to your heart?
I love the repeated “come” to Me, “turn” to Me, “seek” Me. Our heavenly Father wants to know us intimately, to have us run towards Him.
Sit and pray aloud a prayer of thanks to your Heavenly Father for loving you and pursuing you.

About this Plan

Jesus tells the parable of the Prodigal Son to a crowd of tax collectors and sinners, the unsavory people of that time. The Pharisees stand by in judgment. As we read together, we will explore the themes of repentance, returning, and rejoicing. Hopefully, we will be challenged and encouraged as we reflect on our own seasons and events that draw us back towards the Father – only to find Him running towards us!
