How has God filled your temple—your body—with His glory?

In the ancient text, we witness the cloud covering the tabernacle of meeting, and the glory of the LORD filling it (Exodus 40:34). Today, Jesus’ presence resides within each believer, leading to our glorification. The Lord’s presence in our lives and homes should evoke wonder, as seen when Moses could not enter the tabernacle due to the overwhelming presence of the cloud and the glory of the LORD (Exodus 40:35). Paul encapsulates this truth, stating: “Which is Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27 NKJV). His presence should fill our lives just as it did the sacred tabernacle.

Paul reminds the Christian church located at Corinth that their bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, urging them to “glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s” (1 Corinthians 6:20 NKJV).

Let me ask you, are you glorifying God through your body? When He evaluates your Temple, is it pure and clear? Or has the filth of the world seeped into your soul? I urge you to seek God’s holiness and let it shine so that all men may see it and glorify God!
