Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year TwoSample

But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of you shall come forth to Me the One to be Ruler in Israel, whose goings are from of old, from everlasting (Micah 5:2 NKJV).
How can you effectively witness for the One who is born in Bethlehem and yet eternal?
The two witnesses in Revelation 11, filled with the Holy Spirit, bravely proclaim God’s truth during the Tribulation, even in the face of intense opposition. God protects them until their mission is fulfilled. After their passing, He resurrects them from the dead! (Revelation 11:3-12)
Do you trust God to defend you when you stand for Him? Are you willing to proclaim His truth, even when it’s unpopular? Faithfulness to God comes with His protection and guidance. Not even death can stop God’s servants!
Employment Point: Tap into God’s Spirit for witnessing power.

About this Plan

Devotions on F.I.R.E. journeys through the Bible in one year. Each day includes a devotion based on Dr. Burge’s F.I.R.E. method of Bible Study. F.I.R.E. stands for Familiarity, Interpretation, Relationship, and Employment. The F.I.R.E. method and the daily devotions help readers remember and apply what they read as they fuel the fire in their hearts for God’s Word—adapted from the book Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Two, by Dr. Ken J. Burge, Sr.
