A Mission with Jesus

Sovereign Father, today I come to You in the name of Jesus, Immanuel – God with us. Thank You for Your faithfulness in sending a savior, big brother, and a forever friend.
When Jesus told us to “go and make disciples,” He didn’t send us alone. He promised to be with us, always, until the end of time. This means I’m not required to go through this life alone, nor do You expect me to spread Your Word as a lone ranger.
Today I activate the power of the risen Christ–His Holy Spirit in me–to speak, pray, love, give, and help others. I’m depending on You to help me. Holy Spirit, work through me. Allow me to encounter those who need God’s love, and make me a disciple-maker. Father, thank You for giving me a purpose and shared mission with Christ. Amen.
