Defeating AnxietySample

The Pace That Fuels Peace
Peace doesn’t just happen—it’s cultivated. I realized my pace of life had no pace at all. I was running hard in every direction, and the lack of rhythm made me more vulnerable to anxiety. The faster and more chaotic my life became, the more anxious I felt.
God’s perfect peace is promised to those whose minds are steadfast, fixed on Him. That means our calendars, commitments, and daily rhythms must align with His priorities, not the relentless demands around us. Slowing down is not laziness; it’s an act of faith.
Respond to God’s Word:
Evaluate your current pace. Is it helping or hurting your ability to trust God? Make one intentional change this week to slow down and stay fixed on Him.
