Every Thought CaptiveSample

Train the Loop
Your thoughts form loops—repeated patterns that either pull you closer to God or further from Him. You can’t break the loop by willpower alone. But you can train it. That’s why God told Joshua to meditate on His Word “day and night”—not to get smarter, but to grow stronger.
When Scripture gets into your mental loop, it starts to shape how you see yourself, your friends, your future, and even your struggles.
What's the Big Idea?
Your brain is already on repeat. Why not train it to repeat truth?
Daily Challenge:
Pick one verse to memorize this week. Write it down, set it as your lock screen, and say it out loud three times today. Lock it into your loop.
