Every Thought CaptiveSample

Thoughts Aren’t the Enemy
Not every hard thought is a bad one. Worry, fear, and doubt show up—but they don’t have to stay. When thoughts start spiraling, the goal isn’t to shut them down—it’s to bring them to God. David didn’t pretend to have it all together. He prayed, “Search me, God…test me…lead me.”
You’re allowed to be honest. God isn’t scared of your thoughts—He just wants to be invited into them.
What's the Big Idea?
You’re not crazy for having anxious thoughts. You just weren’t meant to carry them alone.
Daily Challenge:
Write down one thought that’s been stressing you out. Then literally pray over it. Hand it to God. Say, “I trust You with this.”
