The Power of the Revelation of His Presence

The presence of God is an inevitable transforming power. No one remains the same after receiving this revelation.

That revelation will show an expression of God Himself, of His power and greatness as Savior, Healer, Miracle Worker, or however He prefers.

The revelation of His presence:

It awakens us.

When man’s conscience, hardened by sin, is exposed to God’s presence, it awakens to reality. Which reality? The reality of who God is. They realize that God is real and that they are in danger of death because of their sin and rebellion (Genesis 3:7). Conscience does not awaken on its own; God’s revelation awakens it. The purpose is for the person to repent, turn from sin, and turn to God (Ephesians 5:14).

It shows us the state of our relationship with God.

When someone’s relationship with God is broken, that person does not pray, worship, or offer spiritual sacrifices. On the contrary, they tend to flee from God and His presence, because they do not want to feel exposed.

On the other hand, if their relationship with God is good, the person worships, prays, and has intimacy with Him, because nothing separates them from His presence. Then God’s power is manifested in different areas of their lives.

It awakens a desire for holiness in us.

God is holy, and He calls us to be holy as He is, so that we may dwell in His presence (1 Peter 1:16).

One day, while I was praying in His presence, God revealed to me that He would bring a wave of holiness to His people. The church today needs to be renewed in holiness so that the fear of God may return to their hearts. The purpose of holiness is to separate what is God’s from what is not.

In this season, every believer must go through a process of cleansing, purification, and sanctification, without which no one will see God (Hebrews 12:14).

Today, I invite you to take one more step in the pursuit of His presence; to not rest until it’s revealed in your life. Be courageous; face what His presence reveals to you. Wake up, renounce sin, and pursue holiness. Then you will see the power of His presence in your life, healing, delivering, prospering, and much more. It will be wonderful!
