The Belt....Call Out Lies and Strap in Truth

Truth holds everything together...literally. That’s why God gave you the Belt of Truth. Without it, the rest of your armor slides out of place. Without it, lies creep in and you start parenting from insecurity instead of confidence.

The enemy loves to whisper lies about who you are and who your kids will be. “You’re too broken for this.” “Your kid will never change.” “You’re just like your parents ..nothing’s different.”

If you don’t strap on truth daily, you’ll wear those lies like a label. But the Belt of Truth says: No more. You call the lie what it is and you replace it with what God says. “I am covered. My child is called. My family is not what we were, we are who God says we are.”

Truth doesn’t change your circumstances overnight but it anchors you while God does. It keeps you standing when fear tries to unravel you.

So today, fasten that belt tight. Don’t just think truth, speak it. Lies lose power when truth shows up.

God, expose every lie I’ve believed. I choose to strap on Your truth today tight and secure. Let it hold me steady when fear and lies come for my mind. Thank You that Your truth sets me free. In Jesus’ name, amen.
