Hebrews: Beyond CampSample

Big Idea: God’s rest is real—and it’s available now.
We live in a culture that glorifies hustle. But Hebrews 4 tells us something radical: there’s a rest that doesn’t come from doing more, but from trusting more. This rest isn’t just physical—it’s spiritual. It’s peace, assurance, and confidence in God’s finished work through Jesus.
You don’t earn this rest. You enter it by faith. That means we don’t have to live in fear, shame, or burnout. When we come to Jesus, we find grace and mercy—not pressure and perfection. So today, breathe. Let go of the need to prove something. Jesus invites you to rest in him.
Reflect & Respond:
- What would it look like for you to truly rest in Jesus?
- Turn off your phone for 10 minutes today. Sit with Jesus and rest.
Pray: Jesus, I need your kind of rest. Help me let go of the pressure and receive your peace instead. Teach me to rest in your presence. Amen.
