12 Basic Christian DoctrinesSample

8. The Doctrine of Sin
Sin is more than mistakes—it’s rebellion against God’s perfect will. It separates us from Him, staining every human heart. From Adam to today, sin’s grip has caused pain and brokenness. Yet, God’s story doesn’t end there. His love offers forgiveness through Jesus, turning rebels into redeemed children. In a world that downplays sin, the Bible calls us to face it honestly and run to God’s grace.
Application:
Confess any known sin to God today, trusting His forgiveness. Reflect on how His grace frees you to live differently.
Prayer:
Father, forgive my sins and cleanse my heart. Thank You for Your grace that restores me. Help me walk in Your truth today. Amen.
