12 Basic Christian DoctrinesSample

9. The Doctrine of Man
You are no accident. Created in God’s image, every person carries divine dignity, made for purpose and relationship with Him. Yet, humanity fell into sin, breaking that perfect connection. Even so, God’s love pursues us, offering redemption through Christ. From ancient times to now, this truth shapes our worth and calling. In a world that devalues life, the Bible reminds us we’re made for glory, redeemed for eternity.
Application:
Reflect on being made in God’s image. How does this truth change how you view yourself or others today? Act on it with kindness.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for creating me in Your image. Help me see my worth and others’ through Your eyes, living for Your purpose. Amen.
