Miracles and Mysteries: Matthew 8-13Sample

What do you do when you see undeniable evidence of God at work?
A demon-oppressed man is brought to Jesus, unable to speak. With a simple act of power, Jesus restores him. The crowd marvels, saying, “Never was anything like this seen in Israel.” But the Pharisees refuse to see, attributing His power to Satan.
Here is the glory of Christ—His mere presence undoes the works of darkness. He speaks, and chaos submits. He heals, and darkness flees. Yet not all respond in worship. Some, like the Pharisees, harden their hearts.
Today, ponder this: How do you respond when confronted with the power of Jesus? With wonder and faith? Or with skepticism and resistance?
