Lent Youth Guide | Jesus' Real Talk During His Hardest & Darkest MomentsSample

Think:
In verse 9, we see that Jesus' arrest was in accordance with the Scriptures. This wasn’t just a random event—it was a part of God’s larger plan. Jesus knew that everything was unfolding just as it had been written. He did not doubt His mission, even in the face of adversity.
Live:
Sometimes it’s hard to understand why things happen in our lives, but we can be assured that God’s plan is always good, even if we don’t see the full picture. Reflect today on a time when something didn’t go as you expected but later worked out according to God’s plan. Trust that God’s Word is true and will always be fulfilled.
Pray:
Jesus, I ask for the grace to seek You above all else and to follow You with trust and surrender. Amen.

You will be guided with four action words to help you on this Lent journey. You are invited to Read, Think, Live and Pray as we explore the real talk of Jesus during his hardest & darkest moments. You are invited to reflect on the content and your experiences at the end of each week.
