Tips:
- Set Your Intentions: Begin with prayer, asking God to help you take care of your body as a temple. Have fun doing a great Bible trivia game with friends and family!
- Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Rest: Ensure you get adequate sleep to restore your body and mind.
Prayer:
"Lord, thank You for the gift of my body. Help me to honor You with how I take care of it. Give me the strength and wisdom to make healthy choices today. In Jesus' name, Amen."
