A Prayer
Dear Lord,
As we start this day we are not alone.
You have risen, defeated death, and made all things new. Praise you for your acts of power.
Praise you for your surpassing greatness.
Let everything that has breath praise you this day. Amen.

Using the two readings from Luke’s Gospel, write a prayer of praise to God for the resurrection of Jesus. Then go to praise him for assuring us of his love by his resurrection.
