The 4 Living Creatures Series Part 1: The LionSample

Dominion
The aura of reverence and majesty that surrounds a lion is well merited. He subdues all opposition, and he triumphs over his enemies. By his ability to fight, he gains dominion over all things. Jesus has shown us the ultimate example of spiritual warfare. From the time of Adam, man was supposed to subdue the earth. However, the serpent deceived him, and the authority landed in the wrong hands. God had to set a plan in motion, and that plan came in the person of Jesus Christ.
His death on the cross was the outward expression of the war on sin and death, and his resurrection was the physical evidence of having total dominion over the enemy. Dominion does not come without a fight. There is always a price to pay to become a victor. Nevertheless, if the Lion of Judah lives in you, there is no reason to be afraid of the enemy. Fight, subdue, and be victorious!
