The 4 Living Creatures Series Part 1: The LionSample

Majesty
One can only imagine the splendor of heaven. All of the sights and sounds that seem to express themselves so loudly and vividly around the throne of God. Angels that have the specific function of exuding worship and adoration sing for joy in every given moment. The elders cast their crowns at the feet of God, and they bow in reverence before Him. Christ is being crowned with many crowns, as He holds a scepter to rule the nations.
This is a scene of utter awe and majesty of the King of Kings. The lion may not be the biggest animal in the animal kingdom, but he is certainly at the top of the hierarchy. There is something about the lion that commands respect and reverence from every other creature that is in his surroundings.
Likewise, as a child of God, we are products of royalty. If the Spirit of Jesus Christ resides in us, then we must understand that we are part of a royal family. Our patriarch is the King of the universe. When you walk with this revelation, then you will realize that certain lifestyles and habits are not befitting for someone who is in a kingdom. If you allow Him, the Holy Spirit will examine your life and show you the areas where you are living beneath the original standard of God. Today, do not fall for the lie of the enemy. Do not allow yourself to settle for a life that is of a lesser quality than what the Lord has for you. Rise up, put on your royal robes, and walk in the confidence of the Spirit.
