A Wonder-Full God

I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart and tell about the wonders you have worked.

Psalm 9:1 (CEV)

What makes you say, “Wow!!!!”

Giant trees? Lightning bugs? A cat’s purr, a snake’s scales, a loud bang of thunder? This world is full of amazing things!

But even more amazing than these things is the God who makes them all. When we see a beautiful rose, we can think about our beautiful God. When we hear an elephant trumpeting, we can be reminded of how creative God is. When we watch a storm cloud growing in the sky, we can be amazed at our big and powerful God!

God created all these things for lots of reasons. He loves us and wants to surround us with beautiful, cool things. They show us what he is like and teach us about him. His wonders even help us create new things that help people.

Because of all of this, we can say, “Wow, God! You are full of wonder. You are wonder-full!”
