Yesterday's reading is known to many as the "Great Commission." Today's reading is known as the "Great Commandment." Hold these two next to each other because they very much interlock. More than taking to this Disciple-Maker vision as a task you've been instructed, Jesus wants in this moment for you to receive it as a love you've been given; a love you get to extend to the next person as well. Anything short of a vision of love will make your Disciple-Maker journey a sad set of chores to keep up with. You can’t afford that. Not this time.
