As we become aware of the culture around us, we can influence it through our words and actions. Where despondency reigns, we bring hope; in an atmosphere of criticism, we honour others; where deception is prevalent, we speak truth; and we meet anxiety with peace.

To do this, we will reflect on the trials and triumphs you face each day – spotting opportunities to partner with God in bringing about His purposes, and overcoming our inner barriers to action by developing healthy habits and practices.
