Notice the impact of the things you watch or listen to on TV or social media – do they move you towards life or depress life? Paul wisely counsels us to make active choices in what we focus on – our emotional well-being depends on it!

To do this, we will reflect on the trials and triumphs you face each day – spotting opportunities to partner with God in bringing about His purposes, and overcoming our inner barriers to action by developing healthy habits and practices.
