Psalms: Window to Our Souls, Part 2Sample

I enjoy hiking. It gives me a chance to admire God's creation. I've also hiked in a few caves. It gives me a sense of solitude and relief from the summer heat, and I marvel at my voice echoing in the cave. However, it can also be a bit scary. What if the entrance collapses? How will I get out? What if there are obstacles I can't see because of the poor or non-existent lighting? The psalmist David was in a cave for a different reason. He was running away and trying to find a refuge from his pursuers who wanted to kill him.
In what ways has God provided you a physical refuge, an emotional refuge, and a spiritual refuge? What do you want to cry out to God about today?
