Behold: Your Future AwaitsSample

NOW IT SPRINGS FORTH, DO YOU NOT PERCIEVE IT?
NOW it springs forth, do you not perceive it? It springs forth NOW. Not tomorrow, not next week, not once you’re older or once you have your life together… NOW! The grace and love that Jesus has for you is for right now. Today, tomorrow, and forevermore.
Have you ever given someone a gift and they haven’t opened it? You would ask “What are you waiting for? Open it now!”
In the book of Acts (22:16), Ananias said to Paul “And now what are you waiting for? Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name.” God’s grace is a gift to us, and it is for NOW! If ever you feel like his grace and love is not for you, let me tell you, it is for YOU, right NOW!
To perceive means to become aware of and to come to understand. To discern and recognise. I have found that to perceive something comes much more clearly with proximity. To perceive what the Lord is doing comes through closeness, leaning into Jesus. Reading the word of God.
John 15:5 - Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.
I love this scripture! To remain is a choice. Passivity won’t bring closeness, it’s an intentional choice. Let’s remain in Jesus, daily. It’s not a chore but a gift. To perceive what God is doing, to look up to Jesus and receive the gift of grace over your life. He has come so that you may have life and have it abundantly!

Thank you for journeying with me over the past five days! I pray that you continue to lean into Jesus, lean into His character and in doing so unravel who he is calling you to be. I truly believe that this generation of young women will continue to look to God to find their identity. There is no greater way to discover who you are than looking to who made you. A beautiful and loved daughter of God.
