You may be in a moment of spiritual despair right now. You may be feeling anxious for no apparent reason. I want to share with you important coping tools to focus on the Spirit and find peace in this moment. In this fourth and final session I want to teach you how you can reduce your anxiety by changing your spiritual focus.
