So many different factors in our life can influence our emotions every day. Basic life situations, work, relationships, sleep patterns, and poor coping skills. In this second session I want to teach you how you can reduce your anxiety by changing your emotions and share some skills to help you reduce anxiety and embrace the strength, wisdom, and peace of God more clearly in your life.
