Reducing Anxiety: Step One

Everyone experiences anxiety in many forms throughout the course of their daily lives. However, the usual methods that we use to manage it may break down in certain situations, which may lead to excessive or inappropriate expressions of anxiety. In this first session I want to help you with some mental exercises to help you reduce anxiety and embrace the strength, wisdom, and peace of God more clearly in your life.
