God has pre-ordained the works you are to do while you live on the earth.

Most people in society seek to find meaning and purpose from the following things:

— Achievements- performance and achieve­ment is where many find their value.

__ Relationships- some believe meaning in life is based upon the kind of relationships they have.

— Acquiring money/things- some find mean­ing in acquiring money and material things.

— Recognition from others- some find mean­ing from what others think of them.

—Work/careers- some derive their purpose and identity from their work/careers.

— Play hard- some believe they must work hard to be able to play, which is their ulti­mate goal in life.

Without purpose, life has no meaning. 

Isa­iah tells us that "I have labored to no purpose; I have spent my labor and strength in vain and for nothing" (Isaiah 49:4). 

Most people lack purpose and meaning because they have no relationship with God. Finding your purpose begins with God.  Today would be a good day to determine if you are committed to fulfilling God’s purpose for your life.
