Get in the Word of God, fill yourself with the knowledge of God’s rest and peace, and find out what He says about your life. Don’t starve your spirit. Instead, fill yourself with God’s truth for your life, and let Him speak to you through His Word today.
God doesn’t want us to be worn out! He wants us to lean on Him and rest in the peace of trusting Him! In His Word, it promises that if we come to Him He will give us rest!
If you are faced with worries or frustrations, give them to God! Don’t be burdened or held back by worry. There is nothing God can’t free you and give your rest from!
