Victory

David came face to face with a big problem by the name Goliath. It seemed impossible that David could take him down, being so small and young. Then David says, “This day the Lord will deliver you into my hands, and I’ll strike you down and cut off your head.” 

Wow! What faith! David knew that God could do the impossible in and through his life. David put the time and effort into his faith. He saw many smaller victories in his life, which led up to this great victory. At the end of the conversation between the two of them, David stood over Goliath’s body with sword in one hand and the head of his enemy in the other. 

Goal:

Don’t quit! In the everyday small things and the big things pursue and trust God. Work hard for the faith, don’t slow down or back up. What is an area in your life where God is working with you to conquer your own “Goliath”?
