GRACE TO BUILD FAMILIES 

Jairus’ daughter,who was one of the synagogue rulers, was sick. He pleaded with Jesus to visit his home. But during this time, his daughter died and the people told him not to trouble the Master as her daughter was no more. But Jesus told him only to believe. The people standing around, laughed it out. Yet, Lord Jesus went to Jairus’ house and brought back to life, his daughter.

Similarly, the risen Lord will save your children too. He will resurrect them and bless them in every way. As God’s love fills your heart, you will love your family. There will be no dissensions within your family. By the love of Christ, flowing through His body and blood; through the communion your sins are forgiven each time when you are filled with His love. When the love of God fills your family, miracles will start taking place. As it’s written love covers a multitude of sin. The love that pours from the cross of Jesus Christ is still and makes you love all your family members.

Reflection

If you do not love your family and do not have time for them, your prayers and you ministry will be null and void. As it’s written, anyone who says he/she loves God but hates his fellow brother and sister is a liar. For a miracle to take place in your personal life, your professional life and in your family; you should be filled with Christ’s love towards your family. Have you been ignoring your family for whatever reasons?

Prayer

Heavenly Father, fill me with your love, so that I too can share the love with my family, my fellow brothers and sisters. I pray for my family, bless them and protect them from all harms and dangers. In Jesus’ most precious name I pray. Amen.
