Day five – ‘Look, look!’ Each Sunday, we will share a poem with you. Treat this as a Sabbath day. Go slow; be still; be open to what the Holy Spirit might say. A few easy moments taken in the sun; three small birds blessing me with their songs; each with their charming particularity; each showing (and I'd bet my life upon it) that they are in possession of a soul; each repeating (and I beg you to listen) precisely the same refrain: Look, look, it is spring, it is spring!
