Let's take a moment to focus on the word peace in these scriptures?

Wisdom is defined as peaceable and then it is stated that a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace, by those who make peace. To me it sounds like wisdom is to be open to peace.

Firstly, I need to ask myself: when someone seeks peace with me, am I open to it, am I peaceable?  Or do I hold grudges? The effect will be that I, myself, will be without peace

In Matthew 6:12, Jesus teaches: 'and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.' I receive forgiveness proportionate to that which I give to others!

Secondly, when I am confronted with an unrighteous situation, do I make peace?Matthew 5:9 says that peacemakers are blessed for they will be called the sons of God.

Let me be clear. There’s a great difference between a peace-keeper and a peace-maker. We’re not called to keep the peace, but to make peace

Our peace is not defined by worldly peace, but by the Son of God, the Prince of Peace. According to Philippians 4:7 the peace of God surpasses all understanding. And that’s the peace that we want to restore in people’s lives—the Peace that can only be found in Jesus. That, my friends, is wisdom.

Is there someone I need to forgive? Do I need to be peaceable? Is there a situation where I need to be a peacemaker?
