On what do I meditate? Relax, I am not going Eastern mysticism on you with this question. That kind of mediation is about emptying your mind. I am asking, “ On what do you meditate”? Whatever is at the forefront of your mind will largely determine your disposition, your attitude, and ultimately your emotions and actions. There are many unworthy things to ponder. Things that build us up. Like the Word of God. Like God’s promises. Like God’s character. Like counting your blessings. We can use these to replace the toxic stuff in our minds.
