Spend some time reflecting on the fact that God not only loves you, but loves your enemies. He loves the people that annoy you. He loves the people you don't get along with. He loves people of other religions. He loves people from other countries. He loves people on both sides of the political aisle. He loves criminals and prostitutes, thieves and liars, rich and poor. He loves Christians just as much as He loves those outside of Christ. God's love knows no bounds- "For God so loved the world". Ask Christ for forgiveness when you haven't shown the people around you the love of Christ this past week. Ask for opportunities to love in the upcoming weeks, especially for the words of love to speak to those around you-even those who oppose you.
