Reconcile 

In a particular family, all of a sudden the wife left her children and husband and went to live with another man in the same city. The man’s heart was so broken as he was put to shame; he was so filled with frustration and anger that he wanted to kill her. In that situation, he came to meet my father Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran. He cried to my father narrating his sad story. My father told him that there was no point in getting enraged, but instead he should commit his life to Jesus. The man submitted his life to Jesus and later God filled him with the Holy Spirit. One fine day, his wife returned back to his house and asked for forgiveness from him and the children; because of the anointing of the Holy Spirit in this man, he was able to forgive her and they were reunited as a family. Later on, God filled his wife also with His Holy Spirit. Now as a family they are all doing ministry and are a blessing to many. 

God will heal the broken-hearted and bind your wounds. This incident teaches you to forgive your loved ones no matter what they have done. You should have the heart of forgiveness which Christ has for you. My friend, today reconcile with those whom you have not forgiven. God will bless you. 

Prayer

“Loving Father, thank you for speaking to me today. I pray in the name of Jesus for You to give me the grace to forgive others just as You forgave me. Let Your Holy Spirit lead me to love my enemies and embrace them. This I ask in Jesus name, Amen.”
