Greater Power 

In this world, there are so many great people who have made enormous achievements in their respective fields. But, no name is as powerful and mighty as the name of “Jesus”. I know a police inspector. One day, the Lord touched him and filled him with His power. Thereafter, devils began to tremble at his sight. One day, as he was going down the road he saw a man gathering a crowd and performing some magical feats. The inspector joined the crowd and stood there chanting, “Jesus, Jesus.” Immediately, the magical feats failed miserably. The conjurer frantically called all the devils to his aid, but it was all in vain. He realized that there was a power mightier than theirs, at work in that place. 

Yes, great is the power in the name of the Lord Jesus. He is Almighty God. His name is wonderful. His name is exalted above all names on the earth and in heaven. Every demon will flee at His name. So, enter this day by saying the powerful name of Jesus. You will see demons trembling and disappearing before your eyes. Just as the disciples came back with joy, you will return and rejoice in the Lord saying, “Thank You Lord”. 

Prayer

“Loving Father, thank You for the authority given to me to use the name of Jesus. I know that demons tremble at Your name. I love Your name. I enter this day by confessing the wonderful name of Jesus. May I see wonders happening before my eyes. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
