Worried?

DAY 2 OF 3

Proverbs 4:23 (NIV): “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Guarding your heart means staying there, clinging to the Lord and keeping His promises in mind. We can’t allow worries. They’ll always come, but we have to fight them by standing firm in the Lord’s grace.

Jesus says in Matthew 6:25 (NLT): “So I tell you, don’t worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear.” And later He says in verse 32 (NLT): “These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs.”

Clinging to God’s fatherhood, remembering His care, His love, and His provision—that’s what will bring the peace we long for.

About this Plan

Worried?

Worry can start with just one thought crossing our mind, and if we don’t get rid of it, it can lead us to very dark places. So keeping our heart and mind free of worry becomes key for the Christian.
