Kingdom Mindset

DAY 11 OF 11

There is something deeply powerful about this prayer because it is honest.

It does not pretend. It does not posture. It does not try to sound strong while hiding weakness.

It brings both faith and struggle into the presence of God.

That is where many of us live. We believe God is great. We believe He is the Creator. We believe He is all-powerful, all-knowing, eternal, and unshaken. We believe He spoke the worlds into existence. We believe nothing is too hard for Him. We believe He sees every detail, knows every thought, and reigns over every circumstance.

And yet… if we are honest, there are still places in us that hesitate.
Places where disappointment has bruised our faith. Places where unanswered prayers have created questions. Places where fear has whispered louder than truth. Places where we say we trust God, but inwardly still wrestle to fully rest in who He is.

But this is the good news: God is not intimidated by your struggle.

He is not threatened by your questions. He is not repelled by your weakness. He is not shocked by the tension between your confession and your fear.

He invites you to bring it all to Him.

The same God who created everything by His power is the same God who numbers the hairs on your head. The same God who is Alpha and Omega is the same God who stands at the door and knocks. The same God who rules in majesty also loves with intimacy. He is not distant in His greatness. He is personal in His power.

That means your unbelief does not have to be hidden… it has to be surrendered.

You do not overcome unbelief by pretending it is not there. You overcome it by dragging it into the light. By searching your heart honestly. By identifying the places where your view of God has been shaped more by pain, fear, delay, or disappointment than by His Word.

By bringing those places before Him in prayer and saying, “Lord, teach me who You really are.”
Because what you believe about God affects everything.

If you believe He is distant, you will pray with hesitation. If you believe He is limited, you will live small. If you believe He is inconsistent, you will struggle to trust Him. But if you truly begin to see Him as He is… mighty, faithful, loving, near, unchanging, holy, and good… it will transform the way you think, the way you lead, the way you endure, the way you fight, and the way you hope.

Faith grows when you get a clearer vision of God.

So do not settle for shallow belief. Do not make peace with hidden unbelief. Do not let yesterday’s disappointments define today’s understanding of God.

Search your heart. Be rigorous. Be honest. Then be bold enough to bring every doubt, every fear, every wrestle, and every wounded place to God.

Ask Him to reveal Himself. Ask Him to align your heart with His truth. Ask Him to strengthen what is weak. Ask Him to uproot every lie. Ask Him to help your unbelief.
And know this… the cry for help is not a sign of failing faith. It is often the birthplace of deeper faith.

So today, stand strong in this tension: “I do believe… and where I do not, Lord, help me.”
That prayer can change everything.
