Spiritual intelligence aligns your inner life with the Holy Spirit’s nature: love, patience, kindness, and self-control. These are not passive traits but governing forces that stabilize emotions and regulate behavior. When the fruit of the Spirit dominates, emotional instability loses its grip. Maturity is proven when your responses consistently reflect God’s nature rather than fluctuating feelings.

In moments of pressure, do I manifest the fruit of the Spirit or default to emotional instability, impatience, and self-preservation?

Prayer:
Lord, uproot every attitude in me that contradicts Your nature. Cultivate Your fruit within my spirit until it governs my thoughts and reactions. Let love silence anger, patience restrain impulsiveness, and self-control rule over every emotional surge in my life.
