Where have my impulsive reactions caused damage, and what must I confront, surrender, and retrain within myself to respond with wisdom consistently?

Prayer:
Holy Spirit, arrest every impulsive reaction within me. Break the power of uncontrolled emotions and retrain my responses. Teach me to pause under pressure, think with clarity, and act with precision. Let Your wisdom override every emotional surge until I consistently respond with discipline, strength, and grace.
